From gentle gymnastics to Taoist alchemy, Qi Gong has many faces. To support you, I offer 3 options:
• Qi Gong “Foundations”: ideal for getting back into shape. Increase comfort, gain flexibility, loosen the spine and relieve the back. Calm the mind through breathing.
• Qi Gong: a discovery of the subtlety that drives us, cultivating our vitality from one season to the next.
Harmonious alignment of the body, joint range, reduction of pain. Fluidity and joint letting go but also building fascia unity to avoid sports injuries and promote better energy circulation.
Learn to recognize what preserves our vitality.
Digestion, sleep, serenity, listening, the energy to be active…
• Qi Gong “The muscular ones”: Same as Qi Gong, with sometimes more dynamic sessions. Contribution of Tai Chi Chuan during the year with practices for 2 to grow thanks to each other.
Preserve your integrity in the movement, gain confidence in the exchange.
PRESENTATION OF TEACHED QIGONG
Qi forms the connection between body and mind. Acting on Qi allows you to overcome mental-emotional resistance, for a deeper and less trying transformation, stable over time. Instead of “managing”, we harmonize upstream.
We act on Qi through bodily movements, attentive listening, and the unity of the fascia. Building a body suitable for the practice of Qi Gong is essential and allows you to multiply the benefits.
Behind seemingly simple gestures lies age-old know-how for transforming oneself. From tangible to subtle, pamper our vitality to move with more ease towards spirituality.
Please note that I do not offer “Qi Gong for Grandma” but for Super-Grandma AND the youngest too. 🙂
